We are concerned about ous users’ privacy, and this privacy policy is about how we collect and use information about visitors to our website. What personal data we collect and why we collect it

– Contact forms
Via contact form(s) on this website, we collect data such as name, e-mail address, telephone number and what the request concerns. We ask for this information in order to be able to answer the inquiry in the best possible way.

By using the contact form on this website, you agree that we store your data and that we can send you digital communications. We take your privacy seriously, and will never share your data with thirs parties. You can withdraw all consents whenever you wish.

– Web analysis & cookies
As an important part of the work to create a user-friendly website, we look at the user pattern of those who visit the website. To analyze the information, we use the analysis tool Google Analytics.
Google Analytics uses cookies (small text files that the website stores on the user’s computer), which register the user’s IP adress, and which provide information about the individual user’s online movements. Examples of what the statistics give us answer to are; how many people visit various pages, how long the visits lasts, which website the users come from and which browsers are used. None of the cookies enable us to link information about your use of the website to you as an individual. Data linked to cookies is automatically deleted 14 months after registration. The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google servers in the United States. Information recieved is subject to Google’s privacy policy.

An IP address is defined as personal data because it can be traced back to a specific piece of hardware and thus to an individual. We anonymize the user’s IP address before the information is stored and processed by Google. Thus, the anonymized IP address cannot be used to identify the individual user.

Your IP address is also logged for a short period by our web servers. The user’s IP address, time, web address, HTTP status, number of bytes sent, HTTP referer and HTTP user agent are logged for 15 days. The log is then deleted automatically.

This website stores information about which keywords users use on our website via Google ANalytics. The purpose of the storage is to make our information offer better. The usage pattern for searches is stored in aggregated form. Only the search term is stored, and they cannot be linked to other information about the users, such as IP address.

– Facebook Pixel
Facebook is the largest and most active of our social channels. To improve the interaction between Facebook and our website, we can install Facebook’s “pixel”

– Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the website from which the embedded content originates.

These websites may collect information about you, use cookies or embed tracking systems from a third party and monitor what you do via this embedded content. This also includes trakcing your actions via the embedded content if you have an account and are logged into the website.

– The share/tip dervice
The “Share with others” function can be used to forward links to the website by e-mail, or to share the content on social networks such as Facebook or Twitter. Information about tips is not logged with us, but is only used there and then to enter the tip with the online community. However, we cannot guarantee that the online community does not log this information. All such services should therefore be used wisely. If you use the email function, we only use the provided email addresses to forward the message without any form of storage.

– Comments
Where it is possible for users to make comments on articles, blogs or products, their name and e-mail address will be recorded. Name and e-mail address may be published with the comment, but are not stored with us.

Storage and deletion

According to § 28 of the Personal Data Act, information that is no longer necessary based on the purpose for which it was stored must be deleted. We store personal data in accordance with the legislation currently in force.

In accordance with § 18 of the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access the information that has been registered. Access can be obtained by sending a written inquiry to us. If the registered information is not correct or if it’s incomplete, you can demand that it be corrected in accordance with § 27 of the Personal Data Act.
