Kalvkru has a total size of about 15.000 acres. This is normally our best terrain for grouse hunting with dogs, but parts of the terrain is steep, and you need to be in good physical shape. There are also good areas for ptarmigan hunting. The cabin is rough but comfortable and is well suited for 4-5 hunters. This is a cabin that lies far from any neighbour. It takes 2-3 hrs. to got to the cabin from the car, including crossing two lakes with boat. The fishing in teh area is very good and is one of our most popular areas for fly fishing for trout.
